Corpus Christi Academy is now enrolling students for the 2013-2014 school year, grades Pre-K (age 4) through 12th grade. For more information please contact the school office, 502-722-8090, and we would love to answer any questions, set up an appointment to tour the school building and grounds, or send information to you. CONGRATULATIONS!
There are several students who are recognized for outstanding achievements. They are as follows:
Bethany Griffin - Bethany won 1st place in the Optimist Club Oratorical Contest and will represent our school in the state competition in May. Way to go and may God bless you in the next round.
Courtney Zoeller and Samantha Hosein - Both received a Certificate of Merit for the National Exam Latin - Introductory Level.
John Paul Poole, Josie Zoeller, and Anne Poole - All were winners in the Right to Life Essay Contest. John Paul was 1st in the 11th & 12th grade division, the title of which was "What If I Were Part of the 40 Year Legacy", Josie was 2nd in the 9th & 10th grade division, the title of which was "Effects of Abortion on Men", and Anne was 3rd in the 11th & 12th grade division, the title of which was "The World Without God".
Megan Zoeller has progressed to the State competition in the Lions' Club Peace Poster Contest.
John Paul Poole and James Zoeller represented the school in the "Peace through Service" Speech Contest. John Paul won 1st place and James won 2nd place in the local competition. John Paul went on to the state level and won 2nd place.
Shelby Cooley and Luke Rock were the Conservation Art Contest winners. Shelby was 1st in the school level and 2nd in the county and Luke was 2nd in the school level.
Samantha Hosein won the school level National Geographic Geography Bee. She qualified to represent the school and participate at the state level.
Matthew and Michael Bohnlein were both confirmed into the faith on March 17. Congratulations!

Schedule Change
The last day of school has been changed to Friday, May. This change takes into account our unused snow days. We will, however, be in session all day on the 24th with an earlier lunch. Field Day will be from 12-2:00pm, followed by Mass at the regular time, 2:15pm.
